Thank you for supporting Boldly Seeking Ministries. We strive to create quality, made-to-order merchandise that represents our mission and message. Please review the following Return and Refund Policy before placing an order.
1. Made-to-Order Policy All products sold through our store are made to order. If you wish to cancel or amend your oder, please email boldlyseek@gmail.com with your confirmation number. We can edit your order at any time before it goes to production. Once your order has gone to production, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for orders unless they meet the criteria for a quality issue.
2. Quality Issue Requirements If your item arrives with a defect, misprint, or damage, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. To process a claim:
You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the item.
Provide a clear photo showing the quality issue. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.
Submit the claim through our customer service team at boldlyseek@gmail.com.
We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not meet these standards.
3. Merchant of Record and Processing All merchandise orders are processed through our merchant of record, Printful.com. As such, Printful handles all order fulfillment, shipping, and returns related to quality issues. You may be redirected to Printful for additional resolution steps.
4. Shipping and Delivery Shipping times vary by location and may be impacted by carrier delays. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is accurate before submitting your order.
5. Donations and Tips All donations and tips made through our website are non-refundable. Once a donation or tip is submitted, we cannot cancel or reverse the transaction.
6. Order Cancellation Because all items are made to order, we cannot cancel orders once they have been submitted. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
